Field visits are conducted for students to give exposure and experience in real time business. City pride junior college is the only college which organizes such type of Industrial visits to connect students to corporate culture at the onset of their career.
Field visit toPavillion Mall for real time experience in retailing & 'Pawana Huts' for experiential learning , Environmental Science.
CPJCC students visited Pavana Huts, an Agro Tourism farm to understand about Rice plantation and how Agro tourism generates employment opportunities to local under privileged natives. Hands on experience.
City Pride believes in developing quantitative and analytical thinking of our students. The right way to do this is through various competitive examinations, quizzes and Olympiads at state and national level. School takes keen interest in preparing selected students of the school for various platforms such a state scholarships, mathematics exams, Homi Bhabha science exam, National talent Search exams right from primary level. The school has qualified experienced staff for such coaching at various levels. The school has also participated in prestigious national level competitions held by IIT Kanpur and IIT Mumbai. The school team has won gold medal at National Science Congress at National level for project presentation. The national gold medalist for budding science competition from city pride, was sent to Japan on scholarship. The school team was selected as the winner for national project competition held at New Delhi by CBSE board and was facilitated at the hands of Hon. Union HRD minister Smriti Irani in New Delhi. The school has been awarded as school with highest performance in the state by Homi Bhaha science association, best runner up school by national promotion of mathematics organisation [IPM] for its promising success in mathematics. Taking this tradition further, City pride school & Junior College greatly focuses in promoting students to appear for various competitive exams in science and commerce field either in form of integrated coaching or by arranging couselling session by experts in various areas.
It is an urgent need of theday that these young teenagers think beyond self and extend helping hand to the society to become a good human being and matured adult tomorrow.To develop empathy & compassion amongst students, various social act ivities are organized through social clubs.
Social Awareness - Disaster Management workshop by National Disaster Response Force. (NDRF)
13 Jawans along with ASI Mr.Lawarance imparted Disaster Management training to more than 130 City Pride Jr. College students in disaster preparedness ,mitigation and Response. It included First aid training and high rise rescue training.
Winners of intercollegiate Street Play on “ Say No to Plastic” a social Cause to conserve environment, organized by Environment conservation Association (ECA).
CPJCC Students won Consolation prize in Street Play” Environment ConservationSay No to Plastic”, Intercollegiate competition, Organized by ECA at Science park – 25th August 2018. PCMC Commissioner Mr. Hardikar was the chief Guest.
GST level 1 certification Program in association with Finance Forum. Industry Trainer CA Ritesh Pal 45 students registered for GST level 1 certification Program. This certification will help them to embark upon new career opportunities in Taxation.
