Admission Procedure

City pride Junior college runs two streams namely science and commerce. The admission for 75% seats is done by centralized online admission process conducted by state Govt. while 25 % seats are filled by the college as follows :
10% seats for in house quota for city pride school students
5% college quota
50% seats for Minority Linguistic (Konkani) quota
The school admits the students without any differentiation on the basis of gender, religion and background.
Additionally students may fill up the college admission application form prescribed date and submit the same at the school office with required documents for college quota or in house quota after 10th results.
At the same time it is essential for each students to go through the online admission process also. For details students & parents can meet the admission coordinator at the office after June 2nd.
1] Std. 10th Mark sheet
2] School leaving certificate
3] Caste certificate in case of reserved category
4] Any other quota certificates as prescribed in online form
The school will put up the admission list of the in-house / management quota seats on the prescribed date on notice board. The open quota will be filled through the online admission process only. Kindly note that more that one round is conducted for centralized process.
If your child's name appears in the list of selected students, visit the school office and follow the further instructions for taking admission regarding submission of original documents and payment of only confirmation fees, for provisional admission.
If the student wants to confirm his/her admission permanently then only should pay the full fees as approved for the college. The total amount of fees depend on the elective like IT and bifocal. Kindly check the office notice board for details of fee structure.
Student needs to Complete the admission process within the prescribed date else your admission is liable to be cancelled and in no case it can be claimed later.
